The charger is designed for charging a lithium cell with a final voltage of 4.2V (Li-Ion) or 3.6V (LiFePO4) with a constant current of 1A. Note:. The type of charged cell is selected by a tin jumper. For a Li-Pol or LiFePO4 cell, the jumper will be unconnected (terminal voltage for charging = 3.6V), for a Li-Ion cell, the jumper will be connected (terminal voltage for charging = 4.2V). The charging current is preset to 1000mA, it can be adjusted by replacing or adding a control resistor. For currents above 1000mA, the IC must be supplemented with a heatsink..
